Is there a free trial?
Yes. RivetSAFE and RivetGEAR include a 14-day free trial with 50 AI requests included — no credit card required. The beta products (RivetCORE, RivetCREW, RivetGUARD and RivetFAB) don’t need a trial: they’re free while in beta.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All Rivet plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual plans are billed upfront and can be cancelled at renewal.
How does the Build-a-Bundle discount work?
Add both launch products — RivetSAFE and RivetGEAR — and a 15% bundle discount applies automatically at checkout, on whatever tiers you choose. As beta products reach launch, the ladder deepens: 3 products save 20%, 4 save 25%, and 5 or more save 30%. Everything shares one login and one bill.
Can I buy RivetCREW on its own?

What does 'Free Beta' mean?

Are there per-seat fees?
No per-user fees. RivetGEAR includes a set number of paid seats on each tier, shown on this page. RivetSAFE is priced by company size, and every employee your plan covers is included. RivetCORE, RivetCREW, RivetGUARD and RivetFAB are free while in beta, so there is nothing per seat to pay.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year.
How do AI features work with my plan?
Every paid plan includes a monthly AI allowance that scales with your plan — the exact number for each tier is shown on this pricing page. AI features like the Takeoff Scanner, Cover Letter Generator, and AI Assistant all count toward your included allowance. If you need more, additional requests are billed at a low per-request rate so you're never cut off. Monitor your usage anytime from your account dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my AI allowance?
On paid plans, AI keeps working — additional requests are billed as a small per-request overage, with higher tiers getting lower rates; the current rates are shown on this pricing page. During the free trial, AI is capped at 50 requests. Free tiers include a small monthly AI allowance and pause at the limit — upgrade any time to keep going.
